The moment you finish the payment process, your order will be confirmed. Moreover, you will immediately receive an e-mail from our team mentioning important details of your order such as order ID, tracking information, and estimated date of delivery.
Changes can be made in the existing order only if the order has not been shipped already. Once the order is dispatched, changes cannot be made. However, please keep in mind that there will be an increase in the delivery period by 7 days from the earlier estimated date in the event there is any modification in the existing order. Yes, it is possible. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us about the new contact number or shipping address so that we can immediately make the changes in your order details.
You can have multiple shipping addresses in one account. Once you checkout, you can choose the shipping address you want the product(s) to be delivered to. Similarly, you can also edit or delete any shipping addresses in your account.
We try our best to ensure that all the products are available, but due to some unexpected issues, they might be out of stock. In this case, we would request you to click on ‘Notify’ on that product page. Our team will inform you once the product is available.
Yes, of course! From the time you place the order till the time it is delivered, Crowcrowcrow will send you timely delivery updates at each stage. In addition, you can check the status of your orders by going to the My Account>My Orders section on the Crowcrowcrow website (hyperlink). In this section, you will be able to view the exact status of all your orders along with the tracking details.
