• Prepare Surfaces — Clean both surfaces thoroughly with a suitable solvent (e.g., isopropyl alcohol) to remove all dirt, oil, and contaminants. Ensure surfaces are completely dry before proceeding. For low surface energy plastics, consider using a 3M primer.
• Apply Tape — Remove one liner from the tape and carefully apply the adhesive side to one surface, pressing firmly to ensure good contact. Avoid touching the exposed adhesive.
• Bond Surfaces — Remove the second liner and immediately apply the second surface to the exposed adhesive. Press firmly across the entire bonded area for at least 30 seconds to ensure maximum adhesion. Full strength develops over 72 hours.
