We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India. Estimated delivery windows below run from the date your order is placed.

Standard delivery is free. We also take care of all customs duties and clearance fees — the price you see is the all-inclusive landed price in INR.

Delivery usually takes approx. 11–17 days from the day you order. Every international parcel also passes through Indian customs, so this is an estimate, not a guarantee. You can see where your parcel is on our Track Order page, or send us your order number (ORD-…) on WhatsApp at +91 63911 11661. If your order is not delivered within 90 days of ordering, you get a full refund.
This is a normal part of importing, and we handle the customs clearance for you. Your price already includes customs duty and GST, so there is nothing extra to pay at your door. We will update you as soon as it moves on.

Under our 14-Day Smile Guarantee, we arrange a pickup (free for orders of 1–2 pieces), and after the pickup and inspection you get a replacement or a refund.
